🏙️ Delhi NCR and Bengaluru together accounted for 23% of the total inflows for the quarter, driven by foreign investments.

🏠 The surge in industrial, warehousing, and residential investments led to a total volume of USD 3.5B in H1 2024.
Industrial and warehousing sectors secured USD 1.5B, accounting for 61% of total investments and encompassing the largest deals.
